Flooded highway
The flood is a disaster waiting to happen in Fargo and Moorhead. It’s already arrived in Breckenridge, Minn.
Social networking sites have become the primary means for the call for volunteers to help fight the flooding along the Red River.
I’m heading for the west-central region of Minnesota today, stopping first in Breckenridge and then on to Moorhead. If you’re in the area, I’d like to stop and chat with you.
