Bob CollinsIt’s always a day of some sort at the Minnesota Capitol. Groups lobby for legislation, and for the most part only the most sympathetic legislators pay much attention. That changes for Minnesota Zoo Day at the Capitol, however. Nobody lobbies like a snake, or a frog, or an eagle.
